Sculpt is a workout tracker that helps you log exercises, track volume and strength progress, and visualize which muscles you're training.
To get started, sign in with your Apple or Google account, then tap the + button to create your first workout.
Open the workout, then tap the "Delete" button next to "Repeat Today" in the header area.
On iOS, long-press an exercise card and drag it to a new position.
Calories are estimated using the MET (Metabolic Equivalent) formula based on your body weight and exercise type. You can set your body weight in Settings. These are estimates and actual calorie burn may vary.
Estimated one-rep max (e1RM) is calculated using the Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps/30). It estimates the maximum weight you could lift for a single repetition based on your current sets.
Tap the time shown on the rest timer button in a workout, or go to Settings to change the default.
